Mabu, a loyal dog who brings his owner a lot of joy, has recently had to overcome some health challenges. Back problems, an unstable kneecap and osteoarthritis were making life difficult for him. After intensive examinations, it became clear that only comprehensive medical care could provide him with relief. X-rays confirmed that an operation was necessary. The first steps towards improving his health were taken at the Sonnenhof in Derendingen in October and at the University of Bern in November 2024.
We are happy that we were able to support Mabu during this difficult time. The operation went well and has brought him initial relief. We are now waiting for the follow-up check and will continue to accompany Mabu on his road to recovery. Our goal is to see Mabu happy and full of joy again soon – an important step for a dog who needs to regain a little quality of life every day.
