Bandi lives at the foster home Hundeparadies-mit-Herz.de, which is under the supervision of Tierfreunde Hochrhein.de.
Bandi, a young guard dog mix, has already been through a lot in his short life. He was hit by a car in Turkey when he was just four weeks old. The first operation to treat his broken leg was unsuccessful, which later led to the amputation of one leg and his tail.
Thanks to the efforts of the young woman who had caused the accident and the generous support of donations in August 2024, Bandi was able to receive medical treatment. But a life on the street would have been unthinkable for him with only three legs.
Bandi gets along surprisingly well despite his handicap. He is a happy and active dog who has not lost his zest for life. Nevertheless, finding a new home is a challenge as he has special needs.
The institution continues to hope for a forever home that will give Bandi the love and security he deserves.
