Cette fistule oronasale fait de l&rsquo;alimentation un d\u00e9fi quotidien pour lui. <\/p><p>Le diagnostic a frapp\u00e9 la famille de Beppino de mani\u00e8re totalement inattendue. Chaque bouch\u00e9e est un d\u00e9fi pour lui, souvent il ne peut manger qu&rsquo;au prix d&rsquo;un effort important. Selon l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation du v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire, il est tr\u00e8s probable que ce trou dans le palais ne soit pas cong\u00e9nital, mais qu&rsquo;il soit d\u00fb \u00e0 une blessure &#8211; probablement une branche ou un corps \u00e9tranger qui a gravement endommag\u00e9 le palais. Pour l&rsquo;aider, des examens complexes et des interventions chirurgicales sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es sont n\u00e9cessaires.   <\/p><p>Le trou dans le palais \u00e9tait si grand qu&rsquo;une premi\u00e8re op\u00e9ration a d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00fb \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e \u00e0 la clinique v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire AniCura de Weingarten. Malheureusement, le d\u00e9faut n&rsquo;a pas pu \u00eatre compl\u00e8tement referm\u00e9 \u00e0 cette occasion, de sorte qu&rsquo;une nouvelle intervention est n\u00e9cessaire. De telles op\u00e9rations sont complexes et n\u00e9cessitent une surveillance anesth\u00e9sique intensive ainsi qu&rsquo;un suivi minutieux afin que la gu\u00e9rison se d\u00e9roule au mieux et que les complications soient \u00e9vit\u00e9es.  <\/p><p>Pour sa famille, Beppino est bien plus qu&rsquo;un chien &#8211; c&rsquo;est un membre de la famille qu&rsquo;ils aiment. D\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, ils ont tout fait pour lui offrir les meilleurs soins m\u00e9dicaux possibles. Aujourd&rsquo;hui d\u00e9j\u00e0, ils ont support\u00e9 d&rsquo;importantes d\u00e9penses financi\u00e8res et fait de nombreux sacrifices personnels.
